Only the finest raw materials are used in the construction of the Harvard American Pool Table. They are manufactured in England by skilled craftsmen to the same exacting high specifications as demanded for our commercial pool tables. The cabinet is an MDF construction with a laminate finish, which is available in a range of different colours. These tables are beautifully finished, with chrome top frame corners.

The Harvard pool table has a 19mm ground slate bed, to provide the optimum playing experience. The slate is covered in high quality Hainsworth American style worsted cloth, which is 100% wool. You can choose from a range of standard colours, and also have the option of specifying a cloth from the vast range of colours available in the Elite Pro cloth range. It has American pockets and cushions, for a totally authentic game of American pool.

The table has an internal ball return system, allowing the balls to return to one end of the table once potted. The bench-style legs are modern and contemporary in style, their finish matches the table cabinet. They have chrome feet, which are adjustable to enable easy leveling of the table.

American pool is becoming increasingly popular in the UK, with the majority of pool halls now having more American pool tables than either English pool tables or snooker tables. People enjoy playing with the larger style balls and pockets, and faster cloth. The Harvard American pool table provides a true American pool experience for the home at a breakthrough price. The cloths are of the highest quality, and are manufactured by Hainsworth. The type of cloth we recommend is Elite Pro cloth. This is a performance cloth that delivers big on value and longevity whilst offering excellent speed and ball response.

Availability:

Often these tables will be held in stock, but it may need to be made to order and therefore could take 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered to you.

Free Delivery (worth £120):

Delivery is free to most locations within mainland UK.

However for locations further north than Glasgow or in Cornwall there may be an additional charge depending upon your exact location. Please call our friendly customer service team on 0800 622 6464 for a quote.

We can also deliver to Northern Ireland and Eire at very reasonable rates, please select this from the delivery options. 

Delivery will be made to the roadside outside your address, so you will need to have two strong people to be able to lift the table into your property when it is being delivered to you. You will need to complete installation yourself, unless you select our Professional Installation service.

Assembly:

The pool table is supplied in 3 main parts: the cabinet, the slate and the legs. The legs bolt onto the cabinet. Once in place you can then place the slate inside the table, and then clip down the frame to secure. The slate and cabinet are extremely heavy, so if you opt to install the table yourself you will again need two strong people to carry it to your chosen location and assemble the table. Please note assembling a table correctly is a specialist job. If you are in doubt as to whether you will be able to complete the job satisfactorily yourself we recommend you have your new table professionally installed.

Professional Installation:

Many people prefer to have the table installed for them, to save potential damage to their table, their property, and more importantly themselves. If you select this option then the table will be professionally handled by one of our fully insured specialist two man delivery teams. It will be placed in a ground floor room of your choice, and all packaging removed.

Our team will professionally level the table and show you how to do so yourself, as this is something you will need to do throughout the life of your pool table. They have years of experience, and will be able to answer any questions about the care and use of your table to ensure you get the very best from your new purchase. You will be left with a perfectly installed table, ready to play the first frame of many.

Please Note: We use dedicated two man teams to complete all of our installations, so you don't have to lift a finger. We are fully insured, just in case any accidents happen. Our installation teams just install pool and snooker tables, nothing else. This shows in the high quality of the work we do. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.

Upstairs, downstairs, and other hard to reach locations:

It is possible to deliver and install the table to a location with difficult access - loft conversions, basements, upstairs, downstairs, up and down steep slopes etc - but this will be at an extra cost.
