The Oporto table takes its cues from early twentieth century design, with clear deco influences in the square cabinet and legs, and delicate fluting to offset the whole.  Add to this a range of stained hardwood finishes and you have a beautiful table with timeless looks in traditional materials to complement any home.

Pocket Type:

This table is available with either American or English pockets. Just let us know which you would prefer when you order:

• American pockets - larger to accommodate the larger balls used in this game.  Corner pockets are wide and easier to find, while centre pockets are 'straight-cut' and less open than their English counterparts.
• English pockets - smaller, as are the balls used in the English game, the jaws of the corner pockets are narrower than in the American game, but centre pockets are more open, allowing you to pot from a tighter angle.

The type of cloth we recommend for American Pool is Elite Pro cloth. This is a performance cloth that delivers big on value and longevity whilst offering excellent speed and ball response.

Jack Daniel's Pool Table Cloth:

We are able to fit your table with Jack Daniel's Pool Table cloth. The cloths are of the highest quality, and are manufactured by Hainsworth. We can provide your Jack Daniel's cloth in either:

• Smart Cloth - designed for use on English pool tables, it has a napped playing surface, like the cloth used on a snooker table.
  
• Elite Pro - designed for use on American Pool tables, it doesn't have a napped surface so plays faster than Smart cloth.

We will print your cloth and have it fitted by the manufacturer of your pool table.

We can also provide custom cloths to your own design, or for corporate sponsorship. Each cloth is individually designed to your logo and your requirements.

We can take your company logo, produce a design to your specification, arrange printing, fitting, then delivery and installation. See an example below for a design we produced for an exclusive chalet development in Switzerland, the results were stunning and the client was delighted.

Warranty:

This product comes backed by a 12 months manufacturer's guarantee. This covers any manufacturing defects to the table, and top if supplied.

Availability:

We hold many pool tables in stock. If this is the case for your choice of model, we will be able to deliver within 7 to 14 days depending upon location and customer availability.

If the table needs to be made to order it will take approximately 3 to 5 weeks to be made. Once completed, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Optional Lighting:

The Sam Leisure lighting range provides the perfect lighting system for all pool rooms and for the use in tournaments. The specially designed cone of light illuminates the playfield equally, not creating any shadows or darker areas. The player's eyes will not be dazzled, allowing a concentrated and undisturbed game.

Both lights are constructed from a steel framework, with steel cable and ceiling fitting. They have 2 flourescent tubes fitted as standard.

Choose from:

• Mist Shade - Strikingly modern shades that offer superb lighting to the playing surface but also deliver ambient light to the games room for a contemporary, accessible feel. These rugged steel canopies house fluorescent tubes for the best playing environment. Methacrylate end panels and centre rings radiate light that illuminate without dazzling. The ceiling fixings and cables are in keeping with the 21st century appearance, a million miles away from brass chain and gold braid. Available in black or silver as standard. • Iris Shade  - elegantly curved shades that mirror the apron shape of the K Steel they were designed for. Robust, solid steel shades housing fluorescent tubes for the best playing environment. We do not offer an installation service for any of our lighting options, you would need to arrange this locally.

Free Delivery and Installation (worth £400):

Your new table will be professionally handled by one of our fully insured specialist two man delivery teams. It will be placed in a ground floor room of your choice, and all packaging removed.

Our team will professionally level the table and show you how to do so yourself, as this is something you will need to do throughout the life of your pool table. They have years of experience, and will be able to answer any questions about the care and use of your table to ensure you get the very best from your new purchase. You will be left with a perfectly installed table, ready to play the first frame of many.

Upstairs, downstairs, and other hard to reach locations:

It is possible to deliver and install the table to a location with difficult access - loft conversions, basements, upstairs, downstairs, up and down steep slopes etc - but this will be at an extra cost.
