Standard Free Delivery:
Please allow 3 to 10 working days for delivery. These tables are delivered by a dedicated two-man delivery service.
We use a specialist carrier to transport your table. They will call you directly within 1 working day of your order to book your delivery date with you. If you provide us with a mobile phone number they will also send you a text message the night before delivery to let you know if it will be AM or PM. Unfortunately they are not able to offer a timed service. The package will need to be inspected and signed for.
Delivery to UK mainland is free, but excludes the Highlands (North of Glasgow), Cornwall, and Northern Ireland. If you live in one of these areas please contact us on 0800 622 6464 and we will quote you a price.
Next Day Delivery (extra charge):
Next day delivery is available for an extra charge. If you wish to select this service, please choose this from the delivery options drop-down menu.
All orders will need to be placed before 10.30am to qualify for next day delivery - these will then be dispatched for overnight delivery. All items ordered after 10.30am with the Next Day Delivery service will be delivered in 2 working days. This service is only available from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the first working day thereafter, and will be delivered on the next working day. Any order placed on a Friday before 10.30am will be delivered on the following Monday, providing it is not a public holiday. Orders placed after 10.30am on a Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
We use a specialist carrier, but it is a one man service. You will therefore need to be able to assist the driver to get your package off the lorry and take it into your property. Please ensure that whoever will be receiving the delivery is physically fit enough to be able to carry whichever product you have ordered. If in doubt we recommend you use the Standard Free Delivery service which utilises a two-man team.
The Next Day Delivery service does not offer any type of notification service so we will be unable to advise you of any timings or whether it will be AM or PM, it is an all-day service from 8am to 6pm.
Next Day Delivery is not always available in the Highlands (North of Glasgow) and Cornwall. If you live in one of these areas please contact us and we will quote you a price and availability.
