News where we bring you the latest information on everything games room
related.
This week we've got a stack of red hot news for you, starting off
with the Designer Billiards Arc pool table you see in front of us here.
Next we've got an update on the Vesaro race simulator seats, which look
absolutely awesome. We won't be selling them until June, but we've got a
full update for you on this. And then finally we've got some really
exciting news about the Wizard of Oz pinball machine that's finally
shipping from Jersey Jack Pinball and is due into the country in about a
month's time. So stay tuned and enjoy the ride.
Okay. So the first piece we have for you this week is the launch of the Arc
pool table from Designer Billiards, which is available exclusively from
Home Leisure Direct. This incredible luxury pool table features a
stunningly unique design with prices starting from just short of £25,000.
Available in a huge array of finishes and cloth colours, you're able to
specify a host of bespoke features, such as the pocket profiles, the
leather inserts, as well as the stitching to match your choice of cloth
colour. This table is now live on our website and is on display in our
showrooms. So pop down and see it for yourself and play a few frames.
Next is the awesome race simulator system from Vesaro. You're able to
specify your choices of virtually everything right from the wheel down to
the seats. You can pick the static version, starting at just under £1,000,
right up to the full-motion simulator quad system, which, fully-laden,
costs over £20,000. You can choose a single screen or spoil yourself rotten
with the triple screen version as test driven by the Gadget Show's Jason
Bradbury.
Jason Bradbury: Brake. Damn! Made it! Made it! Oh! Woo! Yes! Yes! How the
hell did I do that?
Here you can see Codemasters amazing Grid 2 running triple screen on an
ultra-high spec PC. We'll be launching the Vesaro range during June. So
stay tuned for updates.
Next is the fantastic news that many pinball fans have been waiting for, is
that the amazing Wizard of Oz pinball started shipping from the Jersey Jack
factory this week. It was launched at the EAG show in January this year,
with a limited edition Emerald City version you see here was on display.
Featuring a host of never seen before features, such as the 26-inch HD LCD
screen mounted in the backglass. With captivating game play you need to
rescue Dorothy from the castle of the Wicked Witch of the West. We can't
wait for our showroom model to arrive, which will be in the next few weeks.

And our final piece this week is to bring you the video that was released
yesterday from the ECMOD Award Ceremony that was held last month.
