Let’s talk arcades really quickly. Whenever the topic of our favourites comes up in conversation in the office, one discussion that’s never far away is the music that accompanied those classics! We bopped our heads along to Magical Sound Shower from Outrun, we tapped our feet to Guile’s theme from Street Fighter II amongst others.
We have Outrun 2 set up in the showroom, and the familiar melodies the game makes is always fresh in our minds, so imagine the delight when we discovered that none other than SEGA themselves have taken it upon themselves to put some of our all-time favourite arcade and game soundtracks onto Spotify for us (and of course you) to enjoy!

There are some stunning sounds to be enjoyed from the above games, especially from the likes of Outrun and Space Harrier which contain some of our all time favourite tracks. Many of these albums even include multiple versions of certain tracks, so if you remember a specific version of Magical Sound Shower, then chances are the album has you covered!
