Thank you for your patience thus far, please bear with us. Things will get better..... Promise!
Unfortunately we are still experiencing issues our IT and internet at our new offices and showroom.
At present we have absolutely no email access or telephony at our new location. We we're hoping to have it online by now but this is not the case. If you have emailed in after Sunday, we will not have been able to respond to your request as we have had no emails since then.
We will be unable to respond to any emails until further notice. We are extremely sorry for the delay and inconvenience caused by this.
You can however leave messages for us with reception at our old offices on the 0800 622 6464 but it may take 48 hours for a response.
If you need to contact our delivery team regarding a slate bed pool table you have been waiting for for LONGER than 3 weeks you can contact our delivery and installation team on 07825 993600. They will be unable to assist you if you have been wating less than 3 weeks at this moment in time.
Our IT Guru's; Ryan and Dan are working day and night to have our emails and phone system back up and running as soon as we possibly can.
Thank you all for your continued patience and we will let you know as soon as normal service resumes.

We have some exciting news. We are moving to our new office and showroom on Monday 20th June.
However, there may be some slight disruption to our service over the next 72 hours as we are migrating all our our IT and phone systems.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. Our receptionists at our old offices will be able to answer our calls as will Dave one of our customer service advisors, but service will be extremely limited during this time
It may take up to 48 hours for a email responses so please be patient, our normal service will resume as quickly as possible and we will notify you on here, Facebook and Twitter once it does so.
