We are pleased to announce that we have made it through to the finals of the National Business Awards 2015 for the first time in two categories – The Lloyds Bank Digital Business of the Year and The Lloyds Bank Small to Medium-Sized Business of the Year.
We will be judged on different skills for the two awards based on two presentations we will give to the judges in the coming months. For The Lloyds Bank Digital Business of the Year Award, we will have to show excellence in various areas such as commercial performance and staff engagement. For The Small to Medium-Sized Business of the Year Award we will have to demonstrate an established market position and strong business results. We will be delivering our presentation to a strong, influential judging panel which includes some of the top business leaders and CEO’s from companies such as Lush, IBM, Adobe and Google.
During the last year we’ve expanded our team to almost double the size to keep up with our rapidly growing business, opened up new offices, launched a variety of new products and are even in the process of opening a new showroom which should be ready in the next few months, so we have a lot of news to share with the judges!
The National Business Awards is one of the biggest awards ceremonies for businesses in the UK, it recognises and rewards a range of categories for businesses of all sizes and industries. Over 1,200 business leaders, media representatives and entrepreneurs attend the ceremony each year as it’s a great place to network with the UK’s top business leaders. The event is organised by UBM, a multinational marketing and communications company that have arranged some of the most important exhibitions, conferences and awards all over the world.
This year’s event will be held on the 10th November at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane in London.
We’ve been lucky to win some other awards in the past such as the Best Leisure, Entertainment and Sports eCommerce and the Small eCommerce Retailer of the Year Awards at the awards last year and the ECMOD Direct Commerce’s Reader’s Choice Award this year. We’ve also made it into the finals again for the eCommerce Awards this year in three different categories; Best Small eCommerce Retailer of the Year Best Multiplay eCommerce Company of the Year and the Best Leisure and Sports eCommerce Awards.
We would like to say another big thank you to all of our suppliers, customers and also to our staff for their amazing help, support and feedback over the past few years. It’s great to make the finals of the NBA’s and we’re looking forward to attending this year’s event on the 10th November at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane in London to meet all the other finalists and to see who will be taking home the trophies!
