Home Leisure Direct and Trading During COVID-19

We know that many of you are rightfully worried about the current situation with COVID-19, so we’d like to update you with how we are handling things at Home Leisure Direct.

We want to assure you that we are doing everything that we can to still provide our customers with outstanding service and deliver our products to you whilst also keeping our staff safe and protected.

We continue to be busy with customers who are keen to keep themselves entertained whilst self-isolating, so our team is available to help and assist you in every way we can.


Ourselves and our delivery partners will continue to offer deliveries within a reasonable amount of time, as laid out on our website. However, due to the circumstances, this could change. We will keep you updated if this is the case.

Both we and our delivery partners are following the recommended guidance on how to stop the spread of coronavirus and stay safe.

Upon entering your property, our delivery drivers will ask if they can wash their hands, please allow them to do so. They will then deliver/ install your product and ask to wash their hands before leaving, please allow them to do this to avoid any chance of spreading any infection.

We are checking with our delivery team on a regular basis that they are showing no symptoms of the virus. If they are, they will be sent home and asked to self isolate as per government guidance.

We'd like to ask all of our customers, if you are showing any symptoms of coronavirus (cough or temperature), please call us in advance so that we can re-arrange your delivery and protect our staff.


Following on from the Public Health England guidance released yesterday, we have decided to temporarily close the showrooms until further notice.

It’s very important to protect our staff and our customers and in accordance with the current guidelines, we have made a decision that where possible, our staff will now work from home.

Business will continue, as normally as possible.

Our phone lines are open 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday. On the Home Leisure Direct website, you can 'live chat' with a member of our staff when they are available. You can also get in touch with our sales team via e-mail on [email protected]

Purchasing and Products

We have a wide range of stock available for delivery. Our teams are still available by telephone, LiveChat and e-mail whilst our showrooms are closed so that we can help and advise you with the purchase of your new games room product.

We are continuing to monitor the situation, keeping everyone safe and healthy is our main priority. Please stay safe and look after one another.
