And... the greatest snooker players in the world are back to fight it out for the Champ of Champs! The top 16 players from the world of snooker have been confirmed ahead of this week's games. All matches will be shown LIVE from the University of Bolton on ITV from Monday 31st October until the final on Sunday 6th November.

In for the running is the Thunder from Down Under, Neil Robertson, who stands as a key favourite after securing the Masters, Players Champions, and the Tour Championship.

Woman's World Champion Nutcharut Wongharuthal stands against the rest to represent the ladies in snooker.

Former champion John Higgins returns for his chance again at the silverware after finishing as runner-up in 2021.

Following the successful defence of the Northern Irish Open, Mark Allen has been invited back this year. Allen is raring to go after withdrawing his place from the competition in 2021.
