Gareth Potts August Coaching Event

cool stuff

Having only just returned from China after competing in the Chinese 8-Ball Championships, Gareth Potts made his way to the Home Leisure Direct showrooms in Bristol to host a pool coaching session with some of our lucky Facebook fans, who won the prize-draw to take part. Gareth has been kind enough to host a couple of events for us, in which the three-time World 8-Ball champion offers invaluable advice to pool players keen to improve thier game.

All of the winners got one-to-one tuition from Potts based on their skills and weaknesses, spotted by Gareth's keen eye. Take a look at the video below for some real professional tips on everything from stance to shot.

During the event on the 13th of August, we managed to catch Potts on camera answering some of our Facebook follwers questions and giving some great tips on pool playing techniques to overcome these problems.

Here is Gareth answering a question I have always wondered myself (and really shows Gareth's seemingly effortless skill) - How many shots ahead do you think in pool?

All in all the day went really well and everyone enjoyed thier bit of personal coaching from Gareth Potts, although I think everyone went away wishing they were all as good as Gareth - he makes it look so easy!

Make sure you catch all of our videos from the event along with other hints and tips from Gareth Potts and our very own updates on HLD TV.

Keep your eyes peeled on our Facebook, blog and Twitter pages for word on the up-coming Gareth Potts coaching session in the north of the country.
