It is important to allow the machine to power off fully before restarting as this can cause issues loading the software. We recommend this arcade for indoor use only.

We will deliver your awesome new arcade machine to your chosen address, and our highly trained installation team will bring it into the ground floor room of your choice free of charge, providing there are no steps or steep slopes. We will also need easy parking access to deliver your machine.
Please ensure you have checked that it will fit through your doorways and corridors to reach your intended destination. If in doubt please send us photos and measurements so we can check it will pass through any tight gaps or turns.
We will unpack and assemble your arcade machine, plug it in, and ensure it plays perfectly for you. Our installation team will also take away any packing.
