We offer free delivery on all our products to the majority of the mainland UK.
Delivered By Our Own In-House Team
Most of what we sell is delivered by our own in house team, real experts who navigate stairs, dog and heavy prodcuts to save you from breaking your back. Some items are delivered by a specialist large item courier instead.

Check Your Product Listing for Delivery Details
Each product listing includes full delivery details towards the end of the page, including the service provided for that item and any restrictions or potential additional costs. Always check this section before ordering so you know exactly what to expect.
Collection-Only & Commercial Products
Some products are available for collection only, with the option to arrange delivery for an additional fee. Some commercial products may also incur additional delivery charges. Details will always be shown on the individual product listing.
Stairs, Restricted Access & Difficult Terrain
Our in-house installers are used to handling the tricky stuff. That said, for deliveries and installations that involve stairs, restricted access, steep slopes, or uneven terrain such as grass, please contact us to discuss your requirements. We'll be happy to talk through what's involved and provide a quotation for any extra charges.
Failed or Cancelled Deliveries
You can change your delivery date for free up to 7 days before it's due. Cancelling with 6 days' notice or less means a failed delivery charge applies: £240 inc VAT for slate bed pool tables, pinball machines, jukeboxes, shuffleboards, and football tables over £900 (£720 inc VAT for sectional slate pool tables).
Cancelling your order entirely is subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.
Free 6 Months Storage
If your plans change, we offer up to 6 months of free storage for your pool table or other large items, starting from the day we notify you that your order is ready for delivery. Your items are kept safe and secure until you're ready.
