To ensure peace of mind we provide a full servicing option with many of our competitive socialising products. This servicing option provides an engineer on site within just four hours of an issue being reported - so you and your customers are back to playing as soon as possible.
Dransfields Local Servicing
In order to provide this incredibly efficient service, we have teamed up with expert engineers Dransfields. They are able to arrange outstanding support across the country 7 days a week, 364 days a year.
As soon as they receive a service call it is tracked using TechCall, part of Dransfield's bespoke state-of-the-art system. TechCall sends your local engineer all the information ahead of time in order to provide the speediest service possible, wherever you are.

Home Leisure Direct Care
We don't believe in handing over customers to third parties and leaving it at that. You will still have access to your own Home Leisure Direct representative who will continue to take care of your account and check in regularly to make sure all is going to plan and whether there is anything further we can do to help provide a seamless service. We want to make competitive socialising the easy and stress-free revenue boosting solution for your venue.


Everything You Need to Get Started
We include a free service pack with all of our products on either a rental, purchase with service or profit share agreement. We want your products in the best condition possible so people keep on returning for more. Having high-quality accessories at all times is essential and because of this, not only do we give you an initial installation pack, but we also offer ongoing packs to keep you covered for the duration of your agreement.
2 Reclothings Per Year
Many operators only offer one new cloth fitting each year for their pool tables, but we want to make sure your products are looking their best - always. Therefore, we provide 2 new cloth fittings every year to keep your tables in top condition all year round.
