Rasson Billiards was established in 1990, initially as a company specialising in producing pool table slate for other billiard manufacturers across the world. Rasson’s slates were so popular and of such high quality that nearly 60% of slates in billiard tables in America at one point were sourced from them, and rapidly became the premier source for high quality slates across the world.
In 2005, Rasson’s scope expanded and started designing their own pool tables in-house. Now, Rasson has become the biggest billiard table manufacturer and exporter in the world producing over 10,000 billiard tables per year.

Rasson’s Ox II Pool Table for example is their latest iteration of their world-famous model which is packed with state-of-the-art design and features, including solid fingerprint-free adamath wood rails, recessed metal sights and Artemis No. 66 cushion rubbers, all built around the 30mm thick sectional Rasson slate bed. The Rasson Ox has been used as the table of choice for several global American Pool tournaments, including the Mosconi Cup and the GB9.
Rasson’s Apollo Pool Table is the standard for competitive English pool in the UK, favoured by a swathe of organisations for its exceptional play quality. It’s a frequent stage for Ultimate Pool events as seen on TNT sports, as well as recognition by the EPA and the World 8 Ball Pool Federation.
