Parts Warranty:
All individual parts of this product come backed by a 12 months manufacturer's warranty.
Complete Unit Warranty:
This product as a whole unit is covered by a 3-month manufacturer's warranty. If during this period there is any issue that requires the entire unit to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, this will be carried out free of charge.
Delivery is usually within 3-5 weeks from order, though this may be less in certain circumstances. Please note that if you wish to add custom graphics to your arcade machine, this will add approximately one week to the order time. If you want an arcade machine in a hurry and need it faster than stated above, then please call us and we will speak with the manufacturer to see if we can expedite your order. During the Christmas period we are able to supply far more quickly, so again please enquire as we can usually take Christmas orders until the 18th December, depending on the item and your location.
Delivery is to the curbside. You will need two strong people to help you lift what is a very heavy and cumbersome item into your property.
