The Brief
Boxpark are pioneers in the competitive socialising revolution, starting as the world’s first pop-up dining and shopping destination, now evolved into three unique venues following the ethos: “Eat. Drink. Play.”
We have been proud to collaborate with Boxpark since their first opening, offering a whole host of gaming options, including a mix of group play games. Contactless payment was key for the three cashless venues, and something we specialise in.
The Solution
The following gaming product options were provided as a solution to the clients particular needs:
English & American Pool Tables - Contactless Option
We can offer contactless payment on a wide range of English & American pool tables along with the world’s first pool dining table. We have worked over the last 4 years to offer market-leading solutions across the board.
We are the only operator able to supply contactless payment tables with rechargeable batteries, negating the need to rip up the flooring to install under-table plug sockets.
Portal & Servicing
As the merchant service provider we can provide a back-end portal for the venue to track the performance on each table. This enables them to remotely change pricing and send out daily reporting. This is all backed up with a full-service agreement including 2x recloths a year to ensure the tables always play fantastically
Shuffleboard
Shuffleboard has grown exponentially in popularity since we launched it in the UK in 2016. Our most popular model is the Signature Marlowe - with a solid wood cabinet and Canadian Maple board this is ideal for commercial environments. The game is designed for 2-8 players and is ideal for group bookings, increasing dwell time, and F&B sales.
Foosball Table
Our commercial grade Signature Scuddetto is a tournament spec table with fully rotating goalies. It is made from marine ply with steel legs and surround which makes it extremely robust. Its glass top protects the table from spillages and prevents people from stealing balls or tampering with the table.
Skeeball
The insanely popular US game has recently launched in the UK. Skeeball is easy to grasp but difficult to master. Designed for 1-4 players and for multiple machines to be lined up and connected. This can be played for fun or offer redeemable prizes or drinks tickets for high scores.
Pinball Machines
Pinball has seen a massive resurgence over the last few years. Marketleading manufacturer, Stern, releases 2-4 new titles a year including the popular Avengers, Jurassic Park, and Mandalorian licenses. With a cult-like following, the machines take insane amounts of money. We can also offer these with contactless payment options.
Smarts Interactive Darts
Smarts Darts is the hottest product to hit the bar and pub scene in years. Darts as a game has become hugely popular over recent years, with fanatical support at competitions, and more and more players taking up the game at home.
Fun For All Events
Fun for all levels - We’ve taken the game of darts to the next level, with our interactive darts system we’ve enabled you to play a whole host of fun games with your friends - you don’t have to be a pro player, or a whizz at maths to have fun. The Smarts Darts system includes all brilliant and classic games, as well as completing the scoring for you automatically.
Goldentee Arcade Machine
We are super excited to bring Golden Tee back to the UK after an almost 15-year hiatus. Golden tee is not only the biggest selling arcade game of all time, it is the highest earning, showing it’s not one to be missed. Very different than the previous version available, Golden Tee is packed full of modern technology, over 70 courses, and available with contactless payment.
Performance
The products are a mixture of pay-to-play and free-to-play options. Having a healthy mix of machine revenue offers great value to customers while increasing dwell time and F&B sales. Boxpark’s pool tables operate on profit share with us and they are some of the best performing tables in our estate.
