Requirements
MagixPool can work with almost any slate bed pool table, but bear the following guidance in mind:
- Cloth colour - The MagixPool projector works its best when projecting onto lighter coloured cloths, such as silver or light browns such as Camel.
- Ceiling heights - The minimum ceiling height that can accommodate the MagixPool projector is 3.3m when projecting onto a 6ft English pool table, but larger tables may require higher.
- Mounting strength - the MagixPool unit weighs 14kg, so please ensure that your mounting points are able to easily handle this amount of load.

The MagixPool systems works with all sizes of pool table, from 6ft to 9ft.
We recommend American Pool tables, sized 7ft, 8ft or 9ft for the best playability.
The system comes with a 12 months back to base warranty. The majority of issues can be solved by our tech support specialists over the phone. They will be able to dial into your system and diagnose faults and download software fixes.
Should there be a hardware issue this will need to be returned to the workshops for repair. Turnaround is normally within 3 working days, if it will take longer we will arrange an exchange unit for you if this is available at the time. Should you prefer for a call-out these are available but will be chargeable.
Additional warranty coverage is provided throughout the contract which can be re-newed on a yearly basis, along with software updates, effects and games updates, and remote tech support.
We keep MagixPool in stock. If we have sold out at the time of ordering delivery from the supplier will take around 4 weeks.
Installation of the system is completed by specialist installers.
Prior to installation, they will conduct a video call to assess the difficulty of installation and complete a survey and provide you with a quote for installation. A standard installation will cost £500 plus VAT. Due to the variety of ceilings used, we may need to provide a cherry picker to reach the ceiling safely to complete the work. In which case a bespoke quote will be provided for your particular venue.
If you are providing an existing pool table then we recommend fitting a light-coloured cloth, such as silver or camel, to provide the best quality image when the system is being used.
If you are purchasing a pool table from us to be used with the system we will arrange for the MagixPool to be installed first and then the pool table afterwards. The work will be carried out on different days.
