The Sound Leisure Dime Box Jukebox Selector recreates the classic diner experience of selecting tracks for the jukebox from the comfort of your dining booth (or anywhere else).
Known as "Dime" or "Booth" boxes, these jukebox selectors were usually installed in seating booths and on the bars of diners during the 50s and 60s, allowing customers to select the songs they wanted on the jukebox without leaving the comfort of their seats.
Please note that the Sound Leisure Dime Box Jukebox Selector is only compatible when used with with Sound Leisure's Vinyl Rocket and SL45 Jukeboxes.
Sound Leisure's Dime Boxes are cast from metal using a sand casting, which is then chrome plated and polished. Up to ten Dime Boxes can be connected directly to the Vinyl Rocket Jukebox via a CAT 5 cable, and using the Label Magic software you can create high-quality labels to show songs for up to 50 records. Your Dime Box can be set to freeplay or can be operated by inserting coins or tokens.
Please note that the Dime Box does not play music itself, and does not contain a speaker of any kind.
