We know purchasing any of our products is an investment, that's why we offer the option to Pay on Finance. If you spend £250 or more online, you can choose to spread the cost of your purchase over a time to suit you, whether it's 6, 10, 12, 24, 36 or 48 months. Just select the Pay on Finance option when you check out.

Finance Terms and Conditions
Pay on Finance for interest-bearing credit products is available over 12, 24, 36 or 48 months, subject to status. From time to time, we may offer an interest-free credit product over 6, 10, 12 or 18 month terms, at our discretion. To be eligible to apply for finance, you must be 18 or older, have been a UK resident for more than 3 years and either be in regular employment, retired in receipt of a pension or receiving disability payments. Other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted. We reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products at any time. Pay on Finance is provided through our external partner, etika. If your application is successful you’ll enter into a credit agreement with etika.
Interest Free finance options will be available on selected products as part of a specific promotion. These promotions are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.

Who is eligible for finance?
Finance is available on orders of £250 or more, placed on our website. This amount includes any additional services and delivery options selected.
Minimum Criteria:
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Must be employed at least 16 hours per week, self-employed, retired in receipt of a pension or receiving disability payments.
- Must be a permanent UK resident with at least 3 years UK address history.
- Must have a good credit history with no late payments, debt relief orders, CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies.
- Must have an active valid email address.
Other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.
How long will it take to apply?
You should get an instant answer on whether your application for finance has been successful. In some cases, etika – our 3rd party financial services provider - will need to look at the application in more detail before making their decision.
What do I need to apply?
All you need to do is fill out the online application at the payment stage and add an electronic signature. As a part of the application process etika will require an authorisation on a debit/credit card. It’s important you use your full name and address details and make sure everything is spelt correctly. Please note, this is an online only finance option.
What happens if my application is declined?
Applications may not be accepted for a number of reasons, including mis-typed information, or not meeting the specified requirements. Please note that other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.
If your application is unsuccessful, you can still purchase the item in full via PayPal, Pay with Amazon, or with a valid credit or debit card. If your application is declined you will receive an email from etika confirming details of the credit bureau used and their contact details if you would like more information. Home Leisure Direct does not have access to any information regarding the outcome of your finance application with etika.
Cancellations & Complaints
There is a 14-day cooling off period where you can withdraw from the credit agreement after signing your documents. If you wish to do this please contact Home Leisure Direct. There is no need to contact etika.
Paying by finance with etika does not affect Home Leisure Direct’s standard T&C’s and returns policy.
In the event of a complaint from a sale where finance was the payment method Home Leisure Direct will work to resolve this with you and in line with the Financial Conduct Authority (https://www.fca.org.uk/) & Financial Ombudsman Service (https://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/) requirements.
