Welcome to Domino Arcade, the incredible home pinball museum created by Neil Mc Rae. Neil's love of pinball machines and arcades has inspired him to showcase his own outstanding collection of machines and led him to be chosen as a worthy finalist for the Games Room of the Year 2021 competition. Neil told us that he followed past GROTY competitions and seeing past winners of the award inspired him with ideas. Following this, the Domino Arcade was born and Neil thought he’d share back his own creation to encourage others to share the passion for gaming!
The title of the Domino Arcade stands out and looks awesome in neon lighting. Also in neon is the iconic Stern Pinball logo, from one of the best ever Pinball machine manufacturers in the world. The pinball library at Neil's Domino Arcade includes an amazing collection of machines. From the comic books Neil has Batman, X-Men, Avengers: Infinity, and Deadpool. He has movie and TV series pinballs Jurassic Park, Stranger Things, The Walking Dead and The Mandalorin. When it comes to music he has Led Zeplin and Iron-Maiden. Then from the pinball classics, he has Medieval Madness, Monster Bash and Attack from Mars.
We wanted to know what is Neil's favourite part of his games room: "I love my score screens that show live the scores on the pinball machines using a platform called Scorbit. Also, I love to play video games on the projector screen. I can also beam the display of any pinball onto any of the screens so you can keep up with the action if there is a competition or party on!" We can see how Neil has some serious pinball frenzy parties at his games room.
Neil told us about how he put together such an awesome Pinball hall: "I built the room from the ground up and it took from planning to turning on the first game about 6 months. The actual build was pretty much done in a few weeks, but there is always something more to do!" But the creation isn't finished yet. Neil's love of pinballs and the various different games and franchises means he is always looking to add to his collection. Neil said" Godzilla is coming soon! And always adding more bits of memorabilia from the space program and from big movie franchises like Avengers and The Mandalorian!" Neil has created the coolest library of pinballs we have seen.
